Look. Every time I give them a chance, every time they disappoint. There is a 1/10 chance that you’ll get your order right. 2 days ago I spent +40€ for it to be the worst thing ever. More than half of the add ons weren’t in the taco. No cheese sauce, no meat, no sauce, and I could go on. Instead, the kebab fries were perfectly done… I also work at a fast food place, and I would NEVER do this to a costumer that is spending their money on us. I must add, conditions are NOT GREAT. Toilet disgusting, music blasting on the speakers, please check this out better. This otacos has a lot of potential,

I’m a child. My buddy was feeling sick and he puked in the toilet and we were forced to clean it up with this we did not have a problem but one of the workers assaulted my friend and I told him if he touches me or my friends again I will call the cops then he pushed me and attacked me (this is a grown men we’re talking abt) if u cant handle a disagreement with words u are not supposed to talk with people ur poor communication skills are more poor than a 15 year olds and also if that fight was to continue u would have biten the curb

i went there 4 times when i was really Hungry and for the 4 times all of the times food was very bad, the tacos full with fries only and the meat either not cooked well or have bones, every time new way to make it bad. today was the last chance and never again.

I ordered otacos with kipnuggets and without mayonnaise but they send me kipfilet gemarineerd and with mayonnaise and the taste was really bad. Also there was this weird thing on my taco you can see on the picture. Also inside of the shop smells so bad.
