I had the penne de poulet and it was the best pasta I have ever had in my life, it’s a year later and I’m still thinking about it. I had taken a photo of the pasta and went back and looked at it and thankfully it lead me to the google page which I instantly recognised. Please I am begging you share the recipe! I live in Australia so can’t exactly pop back in for more but it haunts me that I can’t recreate it!!
