The patty was way overcooked and was so dry. There was not enough sauce to balance the dryness, and it was not evenly distributed. It tasted so bland. The poutine's fries were old and also overcooked. The sauce didn't taste like anything. ​I went Friday, the 23rd of January. Please don't let that guy cook anymore. He's trashing your brand to the ground. The lady before us had to repeat her order 3 times.

Very, very disappointed with this restaurant and Uber Eats. I ordered the two-for-one special through Uber Eats, added an extra poutine for $4 and fried onions for $1. When the order arrived, it was wrong — which ruined my night and my dinner. I requested a refund, but Uber Eats only refunded $3.30 out of the $5 I paid for the extras, leaving a $1.70 difference. Personally, quite overpriced for fast food. I paid $35 for a one-person order: cheeseburger, poutine, and a milkshake. The milkshake glass was only filled about 3/4, and the poutine barely had cheese — I could literally count the pieces. As for the portion, it was more like an entry size. The sauce was tasty, though, which I appreciated. Service was friendly overall, but the staff seemed a bit rushed when I arrived, and a delivery driver nearby looked tired about waiting for his order. Great smashed burger. Personally my best experience of burger in Montréal for beef burger. Good size and the burger is very generous and tasty. The concept is very simple but if you like cheeseburgers, you cannot go wrong with this burger joint. Burger is juicy, well cooked, cheese is generous and the sauce is not overwhelming. Buns is very soft and you can feel all the fat coming out of the meat. This is delicious and I highly recommend. By the way, I live in Laval and my order came hot and warm so delivery came very quickly without any issues.
