Food was ok, decided to redeem some points and this is what we got for a portion of crisscross fries. Pretty sad. Tried to take the customer feedback survey but as we were not given a receipt, we were unable to complete to survey as we could not provide the “invitation number” I added my order number as was the only one I had and the survey started all over again, so here is what I wrote there, which I had to cut down as, there were also character limitations on the feed back section. We redeemed points to get crisscrossed fries and when they came, there were 6 “pieces” 5 partial pieces and

This has been one of my favorite Pizza Hut locations I have found. The people are great, will always try to help you to get the deals instead of paying full price. The food is always what I order and expected. Have not left there feeling I lost out or they forgot.

This location has gone drastically downhill since we ordered from here last. Placed an online order and probably 30 minutes later (when we were expecting it to be delivered) we get a call saying they are out of pan crust and only have thin crust? We didn't want to have to place another order elsewhere and wait even longer so we just said ok. Another almost half hour later our food arrived and wow, the disappointment. No kind of offer or compensation for the wait time or lack of options for crust. Won't be taking our chances here again unfortunately.
