ive been coming to this location probably once a week to see if it was just a one experience thing. everytime i come to this location, the workers have never really been kind. also the food is usually really dissapointing. i get it, its supposed to be fast service but they basically throw my drink and food in my face and get me to leave as fast as possible. the lack of humanity and kindess is really upsetting. also i went in for smile cookies because i love donating and helping out, and i asked the gentleman working. for reference it was around 1:30pm on sunday and i asked when the cookies wer

My wife and I went in today. Simple order. Accidentally ordered the wrong thing so tried to fix it. Apologized, they tried to charge an extra 7 dollars for chicken on an already 10$ bowl which was supposed to have chicken in it. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to figure out that my wife wanted the same order, just with the chicken. I also ordered my drink (iced chai) at the start which I asked for 3 times and waited 45 minutes for. We just wanted to run in quickly before work and instead we sat there for almost an hour while they served everyone else and gave dirty side eyes and remarks about

Drive through used. Coffee on was hot. Actually had 12 grain bagels ( most places sold out by noon). Bagel hot. Perfectly cut in half. Forgot to say half buttered. Came perfectly buttered. Mic drop.

The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever come across! I have worked at PLENTY of different Tim Hortons in AB & ON….. if I worked at this store I’d be fired my first day because the amount of things their trained NOT TO DO…. I wouldn’t be able to keep my mouth shut, I hate when the order taker can clearly hear but, “can’t” because the are also doing something else with their buddy working drinks or the sandwich bar 🙄🙄 My sister returned a wrap because it was wrong, the lady then stated she would take it, to eat on her break 🤢🤮🤢🤮. You $$pay$$ for extra - extra sauce, extra sausage, extra bacon etc
