This location has no respect for customers I did a mobile order thinking it would speed up the process They not only removed items off my order without them telling me , they charge me the full amount I then had to go inside the store to come to a manager on her phone that begins to tell me “ yeah we were out of the item” If you knew the item was out of stock why wouldn’t you tell me at the window when I was paid and why wouldn’t you still charge me Not only was I not offered refund but they also didn’t offer anything else. Insanely bad customer service

I’ve been to this McDonald’s location a few times before and have always had a great experience. Since it’s not that busy most of the times, one can get their meals pretty quickly. The restaurant is quite clean and the service is fast and good as well. In addition, the restaurant staff is polite and patient when placing orders directly at the front counter. A must visit McDonald’s restaurant location if you’re looking for a quick meal or snack.

I ordered a happy meal and two juniors. They asked me to pull over and wait for my juniors. I waited 10 minutes for the two junior chickens. It’s ridiculous when you go through a drive-through and you’re expected to wait this long. How can you not have junior chickens ready on hand? It’s the most popular item.

I just spent $22.0 on a BigMac, Hamburgers, two Medium Fries and a Medium Pop through take-out. The restaurant has gone so far down hill it’s actually not suitable for human consumption. The fries were ice cold and tasted light cardboard. They put so much sauce in the BigMac the sandwich exploded all over the place on the first bite and it too was very cold and tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp from a week. Thanks McDonalds you made it very easy for me to not buy your garbage any longer. I ended up throwing everything in the garbage making a full circle!!!! Disgusting!!!🤮
