if i could give this a 0 star review i would. at 1:55am saturday June 7th 2026. first off i waited in line for 15-20 minutes and ordered a mcdouble meal with a medium fry, a happy meal, and an extra medium fry on the side, a caramel sundae with EXTRA caremel, and a 4 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce. i drove 10 minjyes home and realized i was missing BOTH medium fries so i drove another 5-10 minutes and came back. waiting a good 5 minutes just to talk to someone again. i did get reimbursed which was nice with 2 large fries. so i drove home, excited to finally eat my meal with my family

Horrible service, order screen, not displaying my order. Ask the cashier to repeat My order, got told whatever you ordered is what you’re getting and she would not repeat my order. ( my order was incorrect) I have had my order incorrect several times from this McDonald’s and it’s every time their screen is not working to display your order when you order it. Had to ask the 2nd window person to add ketchup something I had asked for. The attitude and the disrespect from the staff is disgusting. My young children were even able to acknowledge that the staff were rude and disrespectful to me. I

I ordered mc chicken habanero burger for pickup and they gave me this. No sauce nothing in the burger and when calling them nobody is answering the phone they are picking up the phone but not answering. Pathetic service and looks like they are totally ignoring the issues intentionally. Who gives a bland burger for the price they are paid. Someone has to pay attention to this and at least have the empathy to pick the phone and apologize. Date: January 24, 2026 Time of call: 3:00 AM I ordered a Spicy McVeggie burger through Uber Eats from this location. The receipt clearly shows Spicy McVeggie, but I received a different burger with mayo (non-spicy). The burger was already messy and overloaded with mayo when I opened the box. I did not take a bite or touch the burger — it came like this, as shown in the photo. I contacted Uber Eats and was told the order was not eligible for a refund. I then called the restaurant at 3:00 AM, and the staff member who answered said it was not their fault and told me to contact Uber again. She
