I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Nick at Wendy’s for the outstanding customer service! From the moment I walked in, he was so kind, friendly, and pleasant to speak with. He was patient, respectful, and made sure my order was perfect. He even asked if there was anything else I needed, which really showed how much he cares about his customers. I stopped by this location for lunch on a Thursday afternoon. I ordered at the kiosk, which was quick and easy. The tall slim guy making the burgers did a fantastic job putting the burgers together. The food was fresh and tasted great! The dining area was clean and welcoming!

Never in my life of going to Wendy's has it been so disappointed by them. Chicken strips where so small the box was a waste you should have just put in a chicken nuggets box then they look bigger and bpmm potatoes barley any mushrooms or cheese quality is key ppl

Used to be my favourite location but questionable now. Had take out recently. Service was great, staff friendly and order was received correctly. Wendy’s new slogan should be “Where’s the chicken?” as cutlet was paper thin- much different than their ad photos. Used to really enjoy their side salad but this one had a lot less lettuce leaves than usual so more dressing than lettuce. And I dislike their pop dispensers as most of the time, pop flavours unavailable or they need cleaning. Not sure if it’s a do-over unless we have coupons.
