First off they made my eat in order to go. Then i went to wash my hands and there was no soap. I had to ask staff multiple times to bring soap into the washroom before they acknowledged me. Then i went to use the washroom and it looked like this. Guess i know where the soap went. This is unacceptable this mcdonalds does not give a damn about whats going on in their stores to let all this vandalism and negligence occur towards their customers and on the property.

This was around 11AM on June 13/26, let me walk you through this. It’s a busy Saturday morning, so my partner and I expect a wait for the drive thru/food/etc (that isn’t the issue here) upon approaching the window, my partner asks if he can have two bacon & egg sandwich meals. The employee cuts him off saying “alright two sandwiches, you can drive on up” to which my partner corrects him and tells him he wants a Hashbrown and one of those cloud coffees they have just launched. Only two kiosk were open we waited at till for 10 minutes no one came. We ordered 5 different ordered there with my family, get my burger covered in ketchup. No sorry. Actually not one person said hello or have a good night between all us 5 people who ordered separately. Your customers are the reason you have a job and a wage. I believe it was truely pathetic. Very friendly staff!! Didn't have to wait long for my order!! They keep the lobby clean and washrooms clean! FAMILY FRIENDLY ALOT OF FUN COLOURING ACTIVITIES FOR THE KIDS!
