Fast and friendly service. Ample free parking. Kids play area. Food served hot and fresh. Some tables and floors could be cleaner. Compared to other McDonald's, it's typical. Air conditioning is set to too low - it's very cold inside.

I am a regular customer at this McDonald’s location in Aurora, and I have always appreciated the hard work of the staff. Unfortunately, my experience with the store manager, Hayley, has consistently been disappointing. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed Hayley speaking to customers in a rude and dismissive manner. She rarely appears welcoming, and interactions with her often leave customers feeling uncomfortable. As someone who visits this location regularly, this has become a recurring concern rather than an isolated incident. My most recent experience prompted me to write this review.

Photo is below , I went to McDonalds to try a wrap , when I first got it it was cold and soggy, I kindly asked them to heat it up the wrap as it was A $10 WRAP!!!! The girl gave me horrible attitude and when she returned it the bread was stuck to the paper and literally uneatable . This is so stupid , either lower your damn prices or make ur food better .

This is by far the dirtiest McDonald’s location I’ve visited. Every time I come here, there are food flies all around the self-serve fountain drink and ketchup station. It’s an ongoing issue that clearly isn’t being addressed. I don’t blame the frontline staff—I believe this reflects a lack of effective management. On multiple visits, I’ve seen the store manager, Hayley, spending time arguing with customers, appearing visibly frustrated, and speaking to people with an unfriendly attitude.
