the guy doing our order in the drive thru was very nice, although im really disappointed in the state of the sandwich i got. it’s absolutely covered in mayo, don’t get me wrong i love mayo, not all over my hands tho. i get its fast food and u guys gotta work quickly in a rush, but maybe in future u guys should work on being able to do things quickly but also efficiently.

Drive thru personnel is really nice, but today I got a coffee that had a couple grounds in it. Seems it wasn’t filtered right. But it’s in my normal routine to come by here and the food has always been good.

Irritating. Would of gave a 0 if i could. I guess the 1 star is for the girl passing the food out the window, bc she was okay. ...Getting the kids lunch and ice creams, I got a Iced Caramel Coffee with extra liquid sugar, at the drive thru. Everything was fine until I got my coffee, without a straw. Luckily I found my kids nasty slushy cup from the day before and used that straw. The coffee was terrible, with no sugar or caramel. So I turn around and debate going through the drive thru or going inside to get it replaced. I decided the drive thru so I didnt have to unpack all the kids to bring

The fries were very hard and cant be chewed properly, I hated it and also I ordered the Grinch meal, I should have gotten the Who-Hash Bites. Also I did not get napkins like every meal. Although the chicken nuggets were amazing and the design of the box was nice and I got the socks.
