The gentleman at the cash register was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of this location needs significant improvement. During our visit, the garbage bins were overflowing, all the tables were sticky and full of crumbs, the bathrooms were out of toilet paper, the toilets were dirty, and both the walls and floors appeared unclean. I understand that this is a busy location, but regular cleaning throughout the day, including emptying garbage bins and checking washrooms, would make a big difference. I would like to share my experience during my visit to Tim Hortons today. I arrived at around 3:30 PM, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The staff member taking my order was quite rude and did not smile or show any basic courtesy, which is completely unacceptable in the food service industry. Customer service is a very important part of the experience, and this was lacking today. Additionally, I was not satisfied with the quality of the food and beverages. Been going to this location more often as I've had errands in the area. I must say, they have not messed my order up yet. The service has been great, very polite and friendly staff. And the coffee is always the right temperature and mix.

Well, gave this place another chance... this will be the last... absolute garbage! Seriously, how hard is it to make a wrap? Why do they use those little rubber pucks instead of scrambled eggs? (Which they never seem to have) Just disgusting! The thing has so little filling that it's basically like eating a roll of dry tortilla loaded with guk. A strip of bacon so thin, tiny and undercooked it's like eating raw fat. Stopped ordering from here ages ago because something is always screwed up but figured if I drive through I can make sure that my order is ok at least...nope... watery flavorless c
