I go to this location regularly. I don’t usually have any problems. The last few times I have ordered iced coffee here they have replaced the regular cane sugar syrup with vanilla flavoured syrup. I have been asked if this is okay when they were out of it in the past, but the last few times it was automatically substituted. I really don’t like vanilla and I wouldn’t order the iced coffee if they asked before hand.

Usually great service. I use my Tim’s rewards card and collect points and have my debit card connected so never have to give cash. This time I used cash. Maybe the cashier had an honest mistake or bad day. Gave him $20 for my order and he never gave me change. Said have a great day. I almost drove off as I never pay cash. I told him I gave him a $20. He looked confused. Proceeds to give me my change and not paying attention he short changed me. My order was 4.48 and I only got back $14.52. Only a dollar but just wanted to make you aware in case this happens often. Honest mistake then it is w

I visited this Tim Hortons today (July 6, 2026) and arrived at the drive-thru around 10:54 PM, a few minutes before the 11:00 PM closing time. There was one employee inside, but no one answered the drive-thru speaker or took our order. We waited for about 5 minutes, and there was still no response, even though the store had not closed yet. This was a very disappointing experience. If the store is still open, customers should at least be acknowledged or informed if orders can no longer be accepted. Being ignored without any communication is frustrating and unprofessional. I hope Tim Hortons lo
