Seriously, I always went to Sushi Beauport, but Sunday was my last time. The rice was dry, the salmon wasn't fresh, and it tasted like nothing. But to be served by a staff member with a hoodie covered in paint... I don't know if you paint at home or have another job on the side, but it's not a clean place to cook in. The MAPAQ (Quebec Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food) should really pay them a visit. I don't know what's changed, but lately, this place just doesn't make sense anymore.

We went there last night, February 6, 2026. The website indicated closing time was 9 PM. When we arrived at 8:15 PM, we realized it closed at 8:30 PM. The young waitress "agreed" to serve us. We apologized profusely and ordered bowls to minimize preparation and teriyaki bombs since the waitress assured us her fryer wasn't closed. We also gave her a generous tip considering the time. When we got home, we discovered that the bombs were frozen and vegetarian, our bowls were sparsely filled, the rice was completely cold (almost frozen), and she had put so much sauce on our protein that it was far
