I had an excellent experience at Tim Hortons this evening! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and provided quick service with a smile. I ordered a latte and a habanero wrap, and both were absolutely delicious. The latte was perfectly prepared, and the wrap was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The food quality and overall service truly deserve five stars. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Whenever I visit this Tim Hortons and ask for steeped tea, I’m simply told, “We don’t have steeped tea.” During my most recent visit at approximately 7:10 PM on Saturday 6th june, I received the same response. No explanation was given about whether they were out of stock, waiting for a new batch to brew, or experiencing some other issue. It’s frustrating because if the ingredients are available, I don’t understand why the product can’t be prepared and sold. If steeped tea is unavailable, customers should at least be informed of the reason and, if applicable, how long it will take to prepare.

4 employees working One employee working on an uber order and decided to work on my mobile order after the uber order was done. me waiting for 10 minutes when all she could’ve done is ask for help. Finally another employee shows up and asks if I needed anything. Common Sense goes a long way. No wonder this falling hard because when the owner is copying and pasting the same reply with a bad review instead of fixing the damn issues. Hopefully Dunkin Donuts takes you guys out for good

The food and drinks were absolutely amazing, and the evening staff were so kind and welcoming. Everything was fresh, fast, and delicious. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons. I’ve never seen such great service before
