Terrible experience at this Tim Hortons. Ordered a Veggie Habanero Bowl and they somehow put bacon in it. How do you mess up a veggie order that badly? They remade it, but then forgot the cheese and other toppings. Clearly no one is checking orders before handing them out. I also asked for a customized drink and was given a regular iced coffee instead. Completely ignored what I ordered. On top of that, the front counter staff (visited a few days earlier) was rude and uninterested. When I asked about new drinks like pistachio options, she just said “I don’t know” with attitude. Visited with my daughter and my friend for coffee and bagels. My daughter was looking for a four cheese bagel but it's not there. Hot chocolate was also not that creamy. I didn't feel safe drive thru and walkway to the store entrance with the kids. Atmosphere was good and store was busy.
