Sat in a huge 10 minute lineup to get to the front and see signs saying cash only. At the window I told them they should be putting signs at the stop sign since this location always has lines that reach all the way down there and the black lady was so rude telling me they don’t have to. Then the drive thru girl shut the window in my face when I was talking. I work in customer service and I would never speak to my guests the way that lady did. Very disrespectful staff. They were rude for no reason and do not value their customers. I had a bad experience during my last visit. I politely asked them to check my order carefully because, on my previous visit, I received much less coffee than expected after an unusually long wait. Even though there were around 10 employees inside, I still had to wait much longer than usual. Always people hanging around outside, some not in the best condition. Service is generally rushed and you are interested through the drive-thru. Food is usually good - potato wedges could use some lighter cooking. Been given incorrect food numerous times. Location is convenient.

We ordered 2 coffee and 2 teas from drive thru. teas were ok but they forget to add coffee in french vanilla and another coffee we ordered 2 cream 1 sugar but they made 2 cream and did not add sugar. It’s not first time we had problem, it’s almost every time having problems like rude behaviour, mess up orders.
