I dont leave reviews. But today, I have to. Now, this review is not regarding the business as a whole. Just 1 employee that was not professional. Ive been going to dairee delite for years. I have never had any issues - Until today, I decide to stop in for a simple, chocolate milkshake. I was greeted, and a woman took my order. I recieve my order, and walk away, I QUICKLY notice that what was inside my cup, seemed to move like liquid. So I decided to open the lid, the "milkshake" was the consistency of 1% chocolate milk. I found this place online and was instantly intrigued by its charming, old-fashioned look. It absolutely lived up to my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, and, even with a long line, the service was impressively quick. The ice cream was delicious! I tried the Twist Delight and the Peanut Butter Delight, both topped with whipped cream, and they were amazing. I would definitely come back again!

lived in brantford for 15 years but never tried dairee delight (usually get dairy queen blizzards) but decided to try it today, was not good, very bland. dairy queen definitely better

Our new favourite in town. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Even if it's busy they will answer your questions with a smile and patience. We all enjoyed our choices. The dog was welcomed as well. The location is central, lots of parking around. But for the same reason the Ambiente isn't really nice, as it's sitting in a corner lot A few picnic tables are provided but I'm sure more would be welcomed as well. Also some flowers could make a huge difference here. But that's already complaining on a high level
