Worst customer experience ever. I placed an online order, but when I arrived, the store was out of stock. The staff refused to process a refund on-site, showing zero willingness to help. To make matters worse, the manager/owner, was extremely rude and hostile over the phone. He refused to provide a solution and even hung up on me. I had to explicitly tell him not to speak to a customer in such a disrespectful tone. As a long-time regular customer, I am deeply disappointed. Wasting my time and money due to your system's error is unfair, but treating customers with such hostility is unacceptable

Bad quality and bad service I ordered a drink with minimum sugar and drink tasted very bland and watery with a hint of artificial green tea flavor. I went back and explained the situation and asked very politely if they could do anything about it like adding more syrup but they just bluntly rejected saying "Nop". They didn't suggest any other ways to make it better, contrary to my expectation. I threw away the drink after all. Will not recommend this location to my coworkers looking for a bubble tea store.

To my knowledge, this is literally the only "cafe" open past 9pm in this city anymore (remember pre-COVID when every bubble tea place closed at like 2am?). I have a professional certification exam happening at the end the month and so I've been here studying almost every day. NOT EVEN THE LIBRARY HAS HOURS LIKE THIS, THEY CLOSE AT 5 ON THE WEEKENDS. I'm a bubble tea fiend and at this point I've had the whole menu twice over. No disrespect - cause the service here is fast, the seats are comfy, and there are enough outlets for everyone - but I want to go somewhere else at this point. I literall

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve given this Chatime on Blundell way too many chances — three drinks in two weeks! I tried the Golden Lily Oolong Milk Tea, Matcha Roasted Milk Tea, and Taro Smoothie, and every single one tasted like melted ice water pretending to be bubble tea. Not a hint of real tea flavour — just sad, watered-down sweetness with the personality of a puddle. At this point, I’m convinced their “tea” is in witness protection because it’s nowhere to be found.
