Just there around 9 pm try to oder at drive throw ask for 1 minute to make sure with my kid what he would like then I said for 1 cookie 1 muffin I heard laughing I said excuse me then I repeat my Oder & I was ask to drive up & I did. Ask at window do u have Boston cream donut she said no ,then ask for one more cookie she said no I was going to ask another dount but she said I have another and closed window on me coz taking another Oder on headset but that is so rude. what happened to manners ? (please wait minute ) no please at all I was like it s ok let me go at front

Warm and friendly staff that are always attentive and fast and sanitary when preparing orders, and they are always smiling and friendly towards customers! i saw an employee put on gloves to grab my donut and then throw those gloves out and grab a new pair to create my breakfast wrap! Extremely clean environment and a great atmosphere all around, the food is good and the service was amazing at this Tim hortons compared to other locations
