I frequently grab coffee here on my way to work and it is always fresh in the morning/afternoon. But when I come for coffee in the evening/overnight it is always burnt/old and when requested to have been made with sweetener, it is made with sugar. I have returned multiple times for a remake that is often met with excuses of how the coffee "isn't old" or they didn't hear my request for sweetener when I am very clear and articulate about it. I have also been cut off during my order when clarifying for sweetener and have to repeat myself that is then met with frustration from the drive-thru staff

I visited Tim Hortons on February 25, 2026, at around 1:40 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The coffee I received was not hot, and the food did not seem fresh. In addition, the customer service was not satisfactory. The staff member who assisted me was not attentive—I had to repeat my request multiple times before receiving a response. The food was handed to me directly without a bag, and when I requested one, it was given in an unfriendly and somewhat forceful manner. Overall, the quality of both the food and service did not meet expectations. I hope improvement

Two problems in one day I don't get the Apple fritter I asked with a coffee but did not get charged for it so I asked for it paid for it and the person ran away and had to go inside to get it. Second one I ended up getting a combo handed one of the role up the rim to win free donut i got told that it would no longer be a combo which I was fine with just don't charge me for the donut repeated myself multiple times and I guess the person interpreted that as I didn't want the donut but they kept the coupon. I understand if you're working at Tim's you're probably not the most intelligent person bu

Just tried the new Flatbread Pizza (pepperoni) and it is actually quite good and only $8. I always go to this Tim Hortons and the service has always been great. Their Iced Lattes and the new Mango Starfruit Sparkling Quencher are refreshing and tasty.
