My friends and I go there often since it's next to the school for lunch, and every time we get glares even though we're polite and leave a good tip. The guy, whose name is Hugo (his badge), is always there, complaining that he just moped the floor and doesn't want us in. He finally let us in, but he refused to microwave my boyfriend's meal for two minutes because he doesn't have much money to buy anything, and he has to "buy something" to be served.
