I recently tried the chicken shawarma poutine from Highland Shawarma and it was honestly amazing. The fries were crispy, the chicken was juicy and full of flavor, and the garlic sauce just brought everything together perfectly. The portion size was great for the price, and every bite had that perfect mix of savory and creamy. Definitely one of the best shawarma poutines I’ve had in Kitchener — highly recommend trying it if you’re craving something delicious and filling.

I didnt rate atmosphere cause its basically a pickup window and everyone orders to go. But who goes to shawarma places for the atmosphere?

Fantastic gyro combo, two gyros and two soft drinks $12.99! Very tasty, very juicy every bite tastes great especially with hot sauce added. We added all our toppings on the gyros otherwise it’s truly not worth the taste! The staff are super efficient, work well under pressure this mini restaurant which is really a dine out and pick up venue is a bustling hustling place. One must wait for their orders on peak volume times between 10-15 minutes but it’s worth the wait! I can see why they were voted gold in the records readers choice awards! Well deserved!

There is a lot of hype around this place, and today I decided to try that out and ordered the shawarma on fries here. I was pretty disappointed. The fries were quite dry, and a good portion of the chicken was burnt, which really affected the taste. The veggies and sauces were fine. Also, The overall quantity felt smaller compared to what other shawarma places offer for the same price. I think there’s room for improvement in quality and portion size.
