I had ordered the chicken Parmesan pizza at about 2140 on November 28. The pizza was horrible!!! So horrible, it was filled with so much and soggy I couldn’t take a bite. I took the pizza back to the staff who I noticed were different from earlier staff. The staff were very nice and accompanied, the guy I met at 2222 was empathetic and made me a new which was so much better

Hi so my fiancé was admitted here and I was in the hospital for 2 days last night when I went in got a blt there was hair in my sandwich and grinds in iced coffee which made her more sick. This morning when I came in the manager took the order and passed me the donut and made my coffee right after handeling the cash do you think thats the you can do in this kinda sensitive hospital environment ?

I asked for a little bit of water in a cup as we were walking to the exit of the hospital so that my 80yo grandmother could take her dementia medication (which I did mention to the employee). The lady, who I'm told was a supervisor, made sure to point out to me that next time I have to make sure i pay 25c for the cup. I don't know why this was necessary... you work in a hospital, you gave me cloudy tap water, and you work in a bloody hospital. Have some compassion.

Yesterday I visited Tim Hortons between 2–3 PM, and I truly had a wonderful experience. A staff member named Komal served me, and she was incredibly kind, polite, and patient. I ordered three coffees and food, and even though I was a little confused while ordering, she understood everything so calmly and clearly, without rushing me at all. She repeated my order with a smile, handled the payment very smoothly, asked about reward points, and prepared my coffee with so much care.
