I usually love this Tim Hortons—great service, friendly staff. But occasionally, one server hands me a medium coffee that’s noticeably underfilled. I highly recommend management train staff to ensure that when we pay for a medium, we don’t get a small. We’re paying customers and consistency matter.

They have an employee Viktor, who works usually at nights. Amazing guy, makes the best food and drinks. Also he keeps the floor and all tables so clean. I've been there weekly for a year and he never disappointed me. Honestly, the best employee I've ever seen. There is no way to rate employees in the app, so doing it here. It's usually one of the Tim Hortons with the best service, but today I placed a mobile order at 6:30 (for immediate preparation). I arrived at the restaurant and announced my order; they told me I had to wait until the line was over. I waited half an hour to be served.
