One of the worst Tim's i've been to. The person at the counter probably didn't have breakfast cause you could barely hear her speak. Didn't even call my name and put my order aside where it sat for 5mins. SPOILER: i ordered a coffee and a cookie. I would've let the review go if i wasn't served a crappy day old cookie that was all floppy and falling apart. Dunkin Donuts is coming soon, you gotta do better Tim!

I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons almost every day for over a year, and my experience has always been excellent. The coffee is always fresh, the food is consistently prepared well, and the service is great. A special thanks to Harpreet and the morning shift team. They are always welcoming, friendly, and make sure the orders are prepared right and fresh every time. Their positive attitude really makes a difference in starting the day on a good note. Esha is a very hard worker and cheerful to be near..I feel that this is probably a difficult location to work with all the outside problems. Esha seems to keep her cool pretty well. Everyone here has quite a day but good for them for putting on a happy face...keep up the great effort.

Terrible service and rude employees, everything i asked for they told me the same, we are sorry we don’t have and i was asking for hash brown, twelve grains bagels, herbal savoury. The coffee doesn’t taste fresh, the floor looks like a lake ( i know it’s snow time) but at least someone can clean it. I feel sorry to write down this review because i am very loyal to Tim Hortons. I wish from the management department looking forward to enhance the quality of service Respectfully,
