Our experience with Chatora was excellent. We ordered catering for a small gathering, and the food turned out to be delicious—our guests loved it as well. The spice levels were just right, and the gravies were rich and flavorful. Everything from the appetizers to the main course and desserts was prepared really well, and the portion sizes were satisfying. We’d definitely recommend this place for both its quality and service. Me and my fiance used to love coming to this restaurant, but the front server has changed and it is not the same anymore. Twice we have had a really bad customer service experience. We order something, get something else and then get charged for it as well. Last time we ordered a chicken dish and got a paneer one instead. This time, we didn’t order any combo.. she served us a combo and then overcharged as well. Today I ordered veggie pakora from this restaurant and being a Indian, I was expecting original veggie pakora which were supposed to be a mixture of different vegetables like potato, onions, spinach, etc but instead of that I got these Pokora, which are mixture of red carrots, cabbage, onion, bell pepper. We found this little gem of a restaurant by chance when we were in the area and I'm glad we had lunch there. Don't let the unassuming appearance fool you, the food is excellent. I loved the fries with coconut curry, they're the best fries I've ever had. All the other items we had were also delicious. Definitely going there again!
