This Jollibee location is always busy, but the staff do an amazing job keeping things moving. The service is fast, efficient, and well organized, even during peak hours. Orders are prepared quickly, making it a convenient stop when you’re craving your Jollibee favorites. The only downside is the limited seating, so it can sometimes be difficult to find a table and you may have to wait for one to become available. Despite that, the excellent service and quick turnaround keep me coming back whenever I’m in downtown Vancouver.

Very disappointed with my recent dine-in experiences at Jollibee downtown. The fries were not crispy at all, and the fried chicken was clearly not freshly made—it tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. The meat even looked slightly red and didn’t feel fresh. I’ve eaten here twice in the past month, and both times the food quality was poor. The last time, I even had diarrhea the next day. I ordered a jolly spaghetti w/ two pieces of fried chicken and the quality is great. The spaghetti had enough sauce and its taste brought me back home. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside but juicy inside which made the overall experience enjoyable. Fast service as well. I would definitely come back here.

First time ever at Jollibe being out of town and zomg!! +++ We were very lucky we got fresh chicken and it was the most juicy and crispy pieces of chicken ever. And so flavorful too even without the gravy but just so mich better with gravy too. Pie and spaghetti also subverted my expectations! Location was relatively convenient and eas very busy when we went but still had decent seating different groups of people. Overall +++!
