We stayed in hotel across the street for one week in November. So it was convenient for me to bring my toddler son for many meals at this Tim’s. Such good service! The staff were always warm and welcoming- offering smiles (and treats!) to my son. I was always pleased with quality of my food, too. Location was clean and well kept. Ps please wish a Merry Christmas to “Carter” a morning regular customer for us (Felix, Dan and Megan from Kingston, Ont).

Shoutout to the guy at the counter at 8-ish PM for the amazing service! He was very accommodating! My friends and I customized our orders, and he was incredibly patient and attentive throughout. He made sure everything was taken correctly, and we received our orders exactly as requested. Thanks again for the great experience! 😊

Overall I love this Tim Hortons, but not when I order delivery. The last 3 orders have missed items, wrong items, and the last one no items were delivered even though the delivery guy said it was. I am sure the staff did their job but it is terrible when the office is ordering and at least 2 co-workers don't get what they ordered.😡
