There was this really cute girl working at the Fleetwood McDonald’s whose name tag said “Avneet Kaur” (hopefully I got the name right). I got pulled ahead because my order wasn’t ready, and she came outside to bring it to me. What stood out wasn’t just that she brought the order out, but she was genuinely humble throughout the interaction. I’m a regular at this location, and I’ve been pulled ahead plenty of times before. I ordered food and had asked for it to be fresh, I had mentioned I don’t mind waiting. I am a paying customer why would you give me not fresh food when I asked for it politely. Here is my receipt attached in picture. Person working the window wearing henna on her hand said food was fresh when I asked her nicely and it was not, why ruin someone’s food. I called the store after and no one answered I guess so many people have called that there voicemail is full and can’t even leave a message. They have a sign at the til that says Wednesdays and Fridays nights from 4:30-7:30pm is McDonald’s Family Nights with crafts, games, and more. I’m here with my family, it’s Wednesday at 5:30pm. There are no crafts, games or more. When I asked the girl at the til about it, all the she said was, “I don’t know anything about it.” And then continued with our order. I said, “maybe you should take the sign down then, if you’re not doing anything about it but advertising it.” She pretended not to hear me. Not impressed. Guy cant even understand english. Kept offering a ranch wrap when a mc crispy was stated. They don’t sound anything alike.. Also waited in the parking for 20 mins could have gone in and cooked myself quicker. 😭
