Nothing honestly beats this Tim Hortons! I loved the workers, they are very friendly and welcoming. And overall my order was done in a flash and I loved that! I ordered an iced capp and that was perfect, the staff were very fast and they make sure that your order is never done wrong everytime I visited. Overall a perfect spot to just hang out with friends.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but after multiple issues at this location I’m honestly frustrated with the service and constant order mistakes. About a week ago, I placed a mobile order around 4:21 p.m. for only two drinks because I was heading to work and wanted to save time by ordering ahead. I came back about 10–15 minutes later expecting it to be ready, but it wasn’t on the pickup counter. When I asked about it, I kept being told “it’s coming,” while I continued waiting. The most confusing drive-thru I've ever experienced. I even left and came back the next day once I asked someone how it worked. You essentially have to line up next to the Wendy's drive-thru. Some signage would have been helpful. HOWEVER the service and the deliciously made ice capp made up for it!!
