More often than not my drive through order is wrong. Again today, ordered a small Cafe mocha with whip topping... got out on the road took a drink, paid for Whip topping and it was not added. They really need to either take time to do it correctly or retrain staff properly.

Very disappointing experience at the drive-thru today. The employee named Janvi was quite rude and lacked basic customer service skills. There was no proper greeting or polite interaction, which made the experience uncomfortable. And accidentally they added whipped cream on the top of coffee … i can understand sometime this can happens bcz of many orders When I went back to get the drinks replaced, the employee rudely told another staff member that she didn’t make the drinks and showed a lot of attitude instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally. My brother and I dined in for the first time since the renovation, and it was a great experience! They had the donut I wanted and my latte was very good. The service was excellent and they did an amazing job on the renovations. My favourite part of the renovation is the Canada geese wallpaper!
