I visited IHOP on May 1st, 2026 around 4 p.m. The restaurant was quiet with only a few customers, and it was my first time there. Francine welcomed me with a big smile and served a vanilla iced coffee and blueberry pancakes. She was incredibly sweet and friendly. The blueberry pancakes were amazing, and I was so happy to enjoy them.

Ordered breakfast sampler to go with a chocolate milk. Milk was fine. Rest of it just meh. The size of the ham was about the size of a toonie. Bacon and sausage below average. Eggs meh. First time ordering from this location. Im not sure if this is an official IHOP as they are not listed on the IHOP website. I live closeby, so food was still warm. Bur not that good. They forgot to provide syrup. Pancakes were tiny. Almost felt like they pulled a trick on me compared to what I've usually gotten at other IHOPs in this area. Inside looked cozy. Staff were friendly. I wont be back to this one.

IHOP food is ok and very consistent across different locations but the server named David was the awesome at this location. Great communication, attitude and happy professional person. I had to make this review as my kids asked why the server was updating us on what was going on with our order (kids food came first), drinks were a bit slower but it was busy and he warned us that it was coming. The food was hot and he checked on us consistently even though the restaurant was crowded. Friendly attitude and great service will have us going back. Thank you David for the pleasant brunch experience!

IHOP is a reliable place for a hearty breakfast. The service was great. The food was okay. Tried the strawberry cheesecake waffle but the cream cheese mousse was the farthest thing from cream cheese. It was like this grainy, powdery paste and did not taste fresh at all. It would be so much better if they just used fresh cream cheese and icing sugar and whipped it as it tasted not like it was made from real wholesome ingredients. The waffle itself was warm, crispy, and pretty good . The bacon, eggs, hash browns, and pancakes were good and standard. It’s nice they have classic syrup and butter
