The Food Audit★★★★This is my 6th visit to this location, and it remains a reliable "last resort" for me when my primary spots are closed. It is conveniently situated in Poco Place with ample free parking and a clean, well-maintained interior. While the Chicken Pho is quite decent and reminds me of high-quality versions I’ve had abroad, the beef pho pricing presents a bit of a hurdle. I tried Bun Bo Hue (the photo uploaded) this time and it tasted fair - not the best I've ever had but also pretty reasonable. I’m never really this far into Coquitlam but I had to pick something up close by. It was late and I came in 45min before closing. Waiter was friendly and efficient. Some PHO places like going for that high end karaoke feel. I get it. I could hear the chef in the back was a Vietnamese auntie. Felt relaxed after that. Food was good. Portion could of been a tad bigger. I was pretty full after. No complaint over here.
