The most rude display of pride in incompetence I have ever experienced. Can’t listen to their customers orders. Blatantly tried to force me to wait while they correct their mistake. Setting terms to how I am to receive my food after I paid for it. Ultimately, this manager in the picture is waiting outside, who refused to give my my order at the window for over two minutes holding her line in the sand affecting everyone else. The place has a big sign that says 24 hrs. I came with my family at 10:45 pm after church, we ordered and received the food at 10:55 pm. We sat down and at 10:58 pm the guy in charge appeared to kick us out. He told us they were about to close and that we had to pack our food and leave. It was frustrating to be rushed out like that with my wife and children and have to cut our food short to pack it up. It was in very bad taste.

Very rude morning staff!! I work at a mcds in the west end and I came to break a 20 dollar bill so I could get on the bus. The lady who was doing drinks and taking orders had said she would be right there. When she comes I say politely that I would like to break a 20 if possible. If she couldn’t break it I would have understood it was around 7 in the morning and sometimes mcds doesn’t have a lot of cash at that time as they just recently swapped tills.
