We had an amazing experience at Earls! We decided to make dinner out of several happy hour items, and it was the perfect way to sample a variety of dishes from the menu. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic, but what truly made the evening stand out was our server, Aydin. She took phenomenal care of us from start to finish and was incredibly sweet, kind, and genuinely welcoming. She was easy to talk to, extremely attentive, and made us feel like valued guests throughout the entire meal. Her warm personality and excellent service elevated an already great dining experience

We usually love Earl’s Kale and Mushroom Pizza—it’s always one of our favorites! But tonight’s pickup order wasn’t the same. The crust was much thinner than usual, and on one side they had added a lot of sweet chili sauce for some reason. It really changed the flavor. Hoping this was just a one-off.

She made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure my allergies were taken seriously. She was very attentive and double-checked everything to ensure my meal was safe, which gave me so much peace of mind. Her kindness and excellent service really made our visit special.
