I love this place/location. It's the best bubble tea place that I love (combined price, serving size, taste, ingredients and so-on). Can get ice cream in it, where as some bubble tea places don't offer that option. The staff are very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. The meal options are many, and very tasteful. Prices are very reasonable.

hang out with my friends, saw this notice. Will drop by next time when it’s open. Can you pls also onboard Hinbor for us? We’ve been ordering from its app and kiosk quite often. I remember when I went to Bubble World @ Langley & Downtown, their locations also got one. We usually make more purchases since there’s a reward too. I also just went to Sharetea Guildford, surprisingly to see that they also got with Hinbor Kiosk

Rude and impatient servers. They seemed more interested in rushing through the order than actually serving customers. They kept trying to move on before everyone at our table had even had a chance to place their order, even though we were ready to order. What really bothered me was the hygiene. All of the staff were wearing face masks and disposable gloves, but the gloves looked dirty and worn, like they hadn't been changed all day. I watched them use the same gloves to handle money, wipe tables, and then bring out food. At that point, it's honestly more sanitary to just wash your hands regul

So, we ordered 3 items (a squid tentacles, nuggets, and fried rice) Its been 15-20 mins we got our rice, and non of the appies, please make it make sense to me how the sequence of orders have delivered. There needs to be atleast some common sense when bringing out food or atleast ask us how we want it. Thanks! Please convey this msg to your staff.
