I’ve visited countless coffee shops because I love working out of cafés—it’s a great way to get out of the house. But I drive 30 minutes to this Tim Hortons, and it’s absolutely worth it. This place is simply the best. The owner doesn’t just run the store—they genuinely connect with people, noticing when regulars return and taking the time to say thank you. Every team member seems genuinely happy to be there, working well together and creating a welcoming environment. Visited last weekend, arrived at 11:30am and was told couldn’t order the grilled cheese / cheese melt for the kids because they didn’t serve that until noon. No problem. Ordered couple breakfast items and decided to wait 30 minutes to order the grilled cheese. 30 minutes later, went to the counter to order and was told they have pushed out serving lunch until 1:00pm!!! We left and went elsewhere to get lunch as this was a ridiculous scenario and I couldn’t believe what I was hearing!! Will not be back and will tell everyone to avoid this place.

Ordered a Cheese pizza—zero tomato sauce???? Just bread and cheese. Very strange. Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese—got an untoasted bagel with butter. Was here 2 days ago as well… asked for a toasted jalapeño bagel with double cream cheese and tomato. Got a bagel. Nothing on it. Just sliced lol. Who is checking on orders before they are going out in the drive thru? No problem taking my money but hard to get what I actually paid for here.

I am a truck driver, and Tim Hortons makes my ride perfect, but sometimes, at rare locations, staff do not speak polite, but at this location, all staff members are very polite they all are treat very well and served a food very respectfully. This location is very clean and very quiet , and it is mind relaxing.
