Are we seriously training employees to send this kind of stuff out? Had three rips in it, tried to take two bites, and it’s completely destroyed. My coffee is absolutely horrid as well. Basically water with cream, and not stirred at all. I got espresso so I’d expect there to be some actual coffee flavour. Poor hiring choices and careless management for years has put this location in the dirt.

I had to go back 2 times after ordering a black coffee, which came with sugar. I got to work with my replacement and it still has sugar.... good thing im not diabetic lol

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Tim Hortons. The store’s posted hours say it’s open until 10:00 PM, but when I arrived at 8:55 PM, it was already closed. I understand that things can happen, but the hours should be updated accurately to avoid misleading customers. What made the situation worse was when I called the store to clarify— the staff member I spoke with did not acknowledge the issue and ended the call abruptly. This was frustrating and not the level of customer service I expected. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures both accurate hours and better

I walked to this Tim Hortons because they were marked as opening at 5AM, and I had a train to catch. Arrived just before 6, doors locked, I assumed they would open at 6. At 6, two staff members arrived, but informed me that they opened at 7, except for the drive through which was now open, but I could not walk through the drive through. They were very rude and unpleasant. Luckily a very kind lady on a car took me through the drive through. This place does not deserve your business.
