This was our second visit to Taverna Gorgona, and it certainly won't be our last! The first time we came was in March 2026 while we were visiting the area. It was an unforgettable culinary experience, and Emilia provided exceptional service that made our evening even more special. Love that you all provide halal chicken, beef and lamb, but really wish the rice was cooked in Veggie or Halal Chicken stock too. Its an easy fix which would create an inclusive meal for all faiths. The food is delicious! Tender, juicy and soooo flavorful! A small tweak in your broth will make a world of difference! Please consider this option. Halal Chicken stock cubes are readily available!
