Was helped today at the till by Brooklyn. (Who was in training) She was so very pleasant to deal with. She had a smile on her face the whole time. It was a very nice and different experience than most of my experiences at Tim's or other places. Hats off to her! Keep it up!

Extremely frustrated with this location. I use the app to order quite often, only to arrive and them saying " sorry we are out of ( whatever I ordered) one time it was a common vanilla dipped doughnut, one time they were out of a raisin bagel. One time I even ordered 20 timbits assorted only to get half plane and half honey diped. - and this was mid morning! Their food stock is absolutely horrible. Worst part is their substitution is always less then what I paid for on the app already and they dont care. You then call customer service and all they do is give you points for another food item.

I recently visited Tim Hortons, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff were rude and unprofessional in the way they treated me. I felt unwelcome Customer service is extremely important, and this location did not meet basic expectations. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this place to others. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff attitude and customer service.

The food is good for a Tim Hortons. The place is generally clean and the employees are friendly. My only real complaints are that the sevice is on the slow side and parking can be a little hard to find.. Also it does tend to be a little crowded for my liking but that's hardly their fault. Overall a good location to stop at for your Timmies fix.
