I don't usually complain about these things but this was honestly the worst Tim's experience I've had. My order was so simple but still got messed up. An early grey tea with 2 cream 2 sugar - but they didn't put any sugar in it. And a breakfast wrap - which I'm pretty sure is missing cheese and potatoes and only has like a drop of sauce... As you can tell by the picture.

This is unacceptable. I ordered 5 timibit and one XL coffee just 5 mins ago from drive thru and got one timbit as someone ate half of it. I usually do not post reviews but this is the 3rd time my order got wrong. I usually go this tim because its very close or walking distance from my home otherwise i will never visit this location.

The service has been so much better! I come here almost every day for a french vanilla, the girls always make sure its filled up to the top and have been so accommodating and sweet when i needed help with something! The restuarant has been alot cleaner too! I really appreciate the effort with knowing what i like when i come in when theyre already so busy as is! Thanks!

I don’t even know where to start on this Tim Hortons. First of all, their lack of sense of urgency towards the inside customers is OUTRAGEOUS. The sheer amount of times I have missed my bus because I’ve been waiting 10 minutes in a small line for ONE DRINK because there’s 4/5 workers ALLL ON DRIVETHRU just so they can make their time. (I used to work fast food, I know why they prioritize drive thru. To make time and get points and prizes). Not only that, after every single item I try to order im usually cut off with “is that it?
