Had a really bad experience here. The manager on duty was extremely unprofessional and made racist comments toward us when we arrived. Completely unacceptable behavior, especially in a place that’s supposed to be welcoming to everyone. We felt disrespected and uncomfortable and will not be coming back. Management seriously needs to address this.

This place was a mess tonight! Not so busy, but none of the staff were keeping the place tidy. Sounds like they were having a fun time in the kitchen. Trays left at the tables, garbage and food on the floor, garbage bins full and stacks of trays not picked up. I guess the manager called in sick, or they were understaffed. Ususally this place is pretty clean, but tonight it was a disaster!

My order is incomplete. The receipt on the bag said 1 Muffin Blu, but when I got home I saw that they didn't include it, even though I paid for it and it was noted on the packaging.

if i could i would give 0 stars. my mother is diabetic and just wanted a coffee; i specifically asked twice for them to NOT add ANY sugar, and when she drank it, i looked again at the cup and saw that there were THREE SUGARS. this is absolutely unacceptable.
