We were passing through Lethbridge and stopped by chance. Well worth it and then some. Food was excellent. Beef absolutely tender and the broth was rich. The host and staff were very warm. The wait staff got an item wrongly but the host cancelled it though I asked for it to be included. Shows the ethics are fantastic. I highly recommend this eatery. Need to come back here.

First timers, really enjoyed our meals. Heath was our waiter whom was very attentive and courteous. We enjoyed the deep fried wontons (killer appetizer) veggie stir fry and ramen soup. The food is fresh and homemade. The owner was kind enough to educate us on the menu and offered up suggestions. We will be back.

Do I have any international Ramen experience? No. Do I have any qualifications as a food critic? No. PLEASE BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU, I had the BEST RAMEN OF MY LIFE HERE (better than Vancouver or Calgary)! I could barely eat the meat with chopsticks because it was so tender and would fall apart! I rarely finish full bowls and lifted this one up in front of my face to get every drop. Will absolutely be going back!
