Worst experience ever. I ordered an everything bagel with herb & garlic cream cheese and asked for it toasted with butter. Unfortunately, I received only a half-toasted bagel and there was very little cream cheese inside. The quality and preparation were really disappointing for the price. I expected much better service and food quality.

I went on Friday June 5th at 6am ( for management to know who I’m talking about I didn’t catch their names) and there was 2 young men working. It was very busy and they were running around in such a fast paced environment and getting everything done. The whole time they had amazing customer service, I’ve never seen employees move at such a fast pace while keeping customer service at such a high level.
