This was an excellent Tim Hortons breakfast experience the staff today was kind, food was hot and prepared nicely, clean facilities, went back to get a donut everything looked great. Please have the staff at this place train the staff at 400 Rue Strasbourg Candiac, as it’s opposite to everything in this post. (Wish mine close to me was like this :( Well done! Keep up the great work.

Not 24h, we went there around 11:30PM through the drive tru and no one ever answered, then we knocked on the window and someone was working but said they were closed... update your hours please

Bad experience. We went there because it shows as open 24 hours, but when we arrived the kitchen was closed and no food was available. It’s misleading to advertise 24 hours if you can’t actually order anything.

Update Wednesday: I went back today as it’s the closest one to the hospital and the whole staff was different. It was a night and day experience, very friendly and pleasant service. Monday: I understand it’s a fast food place and I usually appreciate what the workers do but this place needs help. The service was rude and almost hostile, my sandwich was served with the wrapper covered in mayo right onto my hand and I could not eat it. The vegetables were off, the lettuce was black. I usually enjoy a Tim Hortons visit but this was bad.
