We were 2 for a snack & conversation It was 7:30pm on Saturday and there were 2 staff taking care of customers When we came the staff that was supposed to take orders at the cash register was busy helping the staff preparing drive thru orders in the back It took 7mns before she came to take our order. By that time there were 6 poeple waiting

Long wait times and couldn’t even do a simple order… I asked for a latte and they said the machine had been broken for a while. They didn’t bother changing their menu in-person or online to disclaim this… Time wasted

Using the Drive Thru I had to wait wxtra time as they have done a wrong order. A wrap instead of a chicken bowl. Dirty driveway, Garbage bins full..Papar cups on the drive..Disapointing!

I went there and ordered a coffee a sandwich and a timbits box. Sandwich and box was okay, but my issue is with the coffee. They gave me what tasted like water with milk i asked for a new one and was given an actual coffee but no sugar. Then they simply took my old coffee that i drank in, changed the lid and gave it to another customer on the drive through...I have no health issues but i feel discusted by this complete disregard for sanitation and i feel bad for the customer who could've caught some nasty thing like herpes( I drank a bit of that coffee so it could've wery well transmited somet
