We had the pleasure of recently visiting Restaurant Yan, and it was truly a paradise of taste and happiness. We were impressed by the warm hospitality of our host, Alina, amazed by the authentic flavors of the food, and charmed by the professional guidance through the variety of dishes and wines. It’s honestly impossible to say what we loved most. The combination of appetizers and main courses created the feeling of a real traditional Caucasian table. Everything—and I truly mean everything—was delicious. The pomegranate wines and chacha shots perfectly complemented our experience. I’m so glad

Went there with friends for a dinner. Was pleasantly surprised about this place. The food was very delicious. Khinkali are top notch, and we loved absolutely everything. Service was very good, orders were served quickly, our waitress Alina was very attentive. I wish they they have bigger menu, but as they just opened and we've been told they still working to expand more options to the menu. Overall experience was very good and left happy and full. Definitely planning to come back and also will recommend to visit this place.

Honestly unbelievable. The atmosphere is classy, but still somewhere where you could acceptably dress casually. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the food was unreal. I don’t think I’ve ever been to an Armenian restaurant before, but only because I’ve never run across one. Seemed like all of the meat was cooked on a flame in their oven. Seasoned amazingly, and cooked perfectly. The zucchini salad was the show stopper for me. It had so much garlic it was almost spicy. And very tangy with the vinegar. It went perfectly with the dish. A++ will return if I’m ever in Ottawa again.
