I literally had to pull that bone out of my mouth… Thank God it didn’t get stuck in my throat. When I told the manager there was a bone in my tuna bowl, all I heard was “that’s not possible.” Well… it shouldn’t be possible. You have kids coming in. I eat here often. This wasn’t a hair or something small — this was dangerous. All I expected was a simple apology and reassurance it won’t happen again. Instead, I had to go back home (with my baby), bring the bone back, and literally ask for my own refund. Left with no lunch and no money. Unacceptable.
