I always enjoy coming to this location in the heart of my hometown of Maple Ridge and it just so happens to be the place that I had my first job so so long ago! I’m just leaving tonight after receiving very friendly service and freshly made hot sandwiches and the new caramel pecan cookies made with turtles! I can’t wait to get this home 🤤 Who am I kidding? The cookie will not make it home! Diving into it right now.

Worst experience ever. This one male employee named Waqas was very rude with me. I ordered online, and when I tried to bite the bread, it didn't even ripped apart. It was rock-solid . I called Waqas from Subway phone and he spoke very rudely with me, calling the bread "stale" when I never used that word once in the conversation. When I went to return the order, he didn't accepted it and refused my refunded money and used inappropriate language. When I threatened him that I would call the cops on him as a self defense, he didn't believed it. I forcefuly made a scene and yelled at him which scar

Well here we go again...before the fire this was 1 of the worst subways out there...me family and friends always drive a little further and go to the one at super save gas station...and I eat alot of subway so these guys miss out on alotta buinsness and pretty sad we have to drive 5 min past this subway....coupon are out was convenient to stop at this location....so got footlong and 6"....ate the 6' first the bread was totally stale...so peed off... then ate the footlong and the bread was nice and fresh....like are you kidding....you gonna loose all my. Buinsness again be cause a 6' bread.

If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in and the worker had his hat... His sweaty hat on the cutting board. He asked me what I wanted and proceeded to place it on his head. I can only imagine what happens there when nobody is watching.
